This page sets out how payment works at SoleVair - which methods are available, when your payment is taken and in which currency.
Accepted payment methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. The payment options available for your order are shown at checkout before you confirm; wallet availability may depend on your device and browser.

When your payment is taken
The full amount is charged when you place your order. If we cancel an order or you cancel before dispatch, the amount is refunded to your original payment method.
Currency
Prices shown in the United Kingdom market are in British Pounds (GBP). Prices include applicable taxes; there are no hidden checkout fees from us. Depending on the country shown in the shop's country selector, prices may display in another currency (for example EUR).
Payment processing
Payments are processed by the respective payment provider over an encrypted connection. We do not store your full payment details on our systems.
Refunds
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method, within 5 business days of your return arriving and being checked. Details: Refund policy.
